2Over Discharge Protection TestThe battery should be no remarkable breakage, distortion. Appearance and charge are normal.Discharge the battery at the rate of 0.33C with the load of 30Ω for 24h. Charging for 10sec with specified adapter, and check the voltage (≥8V).
3Impact TestThe battery should be no explosion or catch fire.Place a full charged battery on a flat and put a stainless steel stick (Diamond 7.9mm) in the middle of the battery upright. Beat the steel stick with 9.1Kg.
4. Storage & Transportation
  • Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
  • Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃～35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
  • The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
  • The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use.
  • Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.
